July 20, 2001   My friend Isaac and I decided to make a video noting the activity of Chinatown in Manhattan one week before the nearby subway station was set to close indefinitely for renovations.   Little did we know that seven weeks later the entire neighborhood would close not due to the subway, but because of the terrorist attacks on September 11.
