I create value for people by defining compelling experiences which solve complex problems.

By leveraging human-centered design methods, systems thinking and a strong business sensibility I have enabled innovative growth for clients through the creation of high impact products, services and mission-critical systems for their customers.

I am fortunate to have consulted with leading companies around the world in the technology, financial, entertainment and telecommunications industries. Clients include: Motorola, Samsung, Disney, Merrill Lynch, John Deere, Telenav, Target, Vodafone, Sprint, and Wrigley.

A hybrid of design and business, I hold a Masters of Design Methods degree from and teach courses in innovation at the IIT Institute of Design. Originally founded as the New Bauhaus in Chicago, ID combines strategic design thinking with studies traditionally found in business school. Additionally, I have taught in the Graduate MFA in Design program at the California College of the Arts and the Masters of Business Innovation program at CEDIM in Mexico.
